i hav got straight hair but wish had curled and my frend has got curled and she wish she had them straight.

are you kidding? I have straight hair, but i love how the asians have their straight hair! i don't want curly hair, cuz on me, its bleh. i wish my hair is more straight than it already is. Report It

human nature, I guess; we never like what we have!! I have coarse curly hair and have straightened it in the past and liked the results only it does grow back!!....again, it's just human nature to be dissatisfied with what we have!!!!!!!!!!

Because everyone wants what they know they can't have and not only that sometimes you get bored of the same old hair styles and you want something different.

that's because the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence !!! People get tired of what they have and want something different. Someone with curly hair knows how hard it is to keep it from frizzing, style it and have it hold, etc. Someone with straight hair knows how hard it is to get it to do anything besides lie there on their head, etc. They each have their problems but the one is unaware of the other, hence it looks easier and more glamorous.

i also have curly hairs and i am very eager 2 make them straight...actually when i see others straight hairs i feel if i would have same type i would have done this or that style thats why. this my thinking........

people want straight hair when its curly because they get use to it. either hair style is hard to take care of. A lot of heat damge. They just get to use to it so they think the exact opisite of what they should have
