I use the garnier straightning shampoo to tame my crazy curls and then let my air get damp and put some regis gel in and scrunch it then add hair spray but in about an hour or less it will be a frizzy mess! Just rub it through. Once your done, grab 1" sections of your hair and wrap that section around your finger loosely. Grab the hair dryer and dry it for about 20 seconds, then do the next. Your hair will come out gorgeous, but your arms will get tired. You can also try to bobby pin your wet curls overnight. When you wake up in the morning your hair will by mostly dray and your curls should stay in all day.

A diffuser is a must and Tresseme mousse in the black bottle (not the white) is awesome. I've found it works better than all of the expensive brands I've tried. Someone recommended it to me and I was shocked when I saw the results.

also, try not to use a comb or brush but seperate your curls with your fingers. I personally am not a fan of post gels and hair sprays because, either they make hair residue heavy or dry out you ringlets - viola - FRIZZ!
