I have REALLY curly hair and when i straighten it sometime its puffy....what are some good products so after i straitghen my hair it looks like it was profesionally done????

I go to Sally's beauty supply stores, I use all the "Ion" products they work miracles on your hair...Just go in and they will help you get all the stuff you need, you will like all of them...The shine oils, and creams smell so good, and leave your hair looking straight with a healthy shine, and my hair is really damaged...It's due to getting high light all the time. Use the products you will love them.

You need to take small strands of hair when you are getting it straight, and use hair clips to help get that professional look by separating the strands by using thin ones, not to much will not give you that professional look. Take your time, well worth it!Good luck!

Ok, really cheap and easy...olive oil. Just a tiny dab (less than a dime size) in my palm before straightening....shines, stays silky and SMOOTH! Try it on a Sunday...in case it doesn't work out for you!

I would say get some hair dressing and apply some before you use the iron.

It's better to just learn to love your curls. IF you want a straight look use a straightening iron that is designed to work on wet hair. That seems to have the best results, but it's time consuming.

Accept your hair. Use products for only people with curly hair. If you keep on straightghen your hair then its bound to get puffy and staicy.

Get the Sleek and shne by Frucits or something like that.

And sauve Hair spray. Get your hair wet and brush it out use the sleek and shine to scrunch it then move a blow dryer back and forth quickly for about 10-20 seconds {depending on thickness}

then hair spray an wala.

I too have curly frizzy hair. I use John Freeda hair serum. Put it on after washing and towel drying your hair. If you can, let your hair air dry and style as usual. You can get the product at wal-mart, grocery, etc.

why do think straight hair is better than curly? I used to be a slave to my flat iron but I ended up spending freshman year terrified of any form of rain/humidity (with a poufy mass of hair). Accept your curls and be proud of them; you'll never be confident until you do, and confidence, my curly sister is what is truly attractive.

well after i straighten my hair i put oliv oil sheen in my hair then rap it and when i wake up in the morning i bunt it with a flat iron, every night i rap it and it stays looking fresh as ever

I also have super curly hair, have since high school( i'm 36)and just 2 weeks ago I went to get my hair done, and for the first time they used a straightening iron on my hair, I love it!!!

I bought one that is for wet or dry hair, I usually use it on damp hair. I am still trying out new products myself so unfortunately I can't tell you the best products to try for your hair type cuz I am still trying things.

Girl I totally can related to you. I have curly hair, since I am of mixed hertiage my hair is sometimes hard to straighten. However have you try relaxing your hair? it would help alot. It straightens the whole hair and lasts for about 3-4 months, it really does work, and does make straighten it so much easier. If not try an anti'frizz creme to prevent frizz that causes puffiness.
